HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO BOOK A RESERVATION?
Services are booked on a first come first serve basis. If you know you need our chauffeur services on a specific date and time we highly recommend to secure your reservation with us as soon as possible.
WILL I KNOW WHO MY CHAUFFEUR IS A DAY BEFORE MY SCHEDULED PICKUP?
Absolutely! We will let you know once your chauffeur is assigned, a day before your scheduled pickup.
HOW WILL I RECOGNIZE MY CHAUFFEUR?
ALV Chauffeurs are properly suited in black suit, white shirt and black tie. You will have all the information on your transportation service confirmation. Also your chauffeur will call within 30 minutes of the pickup time to introduce himself and confirm the time and pickup and make sure you meet at the right place.
WHAT IF I CAN'T FIND MY CHAUFEEUR?
Our chauffeurs routinely arrive at any pick up location 15 minutes prior to the scheduled pickup time. You will also have the chauffeur cell phone. If the chauffeur has not arrived in this time frame please call 702.675.7775. We have GPS on all of our vehicles and we know where your vehicle is at any time.
WHAT IF WE NEED TO GO OVER OUR TIME?
Please call our office to extend the rental as soon as possible. If the car is not booked, you are welcome to extend.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THE FLIGHT IS LATE OR IT IS CANCELLED?
We have flight tracking. ALV Operations and Dispatch team monitor the exact arrival time of each and every commercial flight into McCarran International Airport and the Executive Flight terminals for private Jet Charters. The limo driver will be waiting when you arrive. If this is a commercial flight, there will be no additional charge for the delay.
CAN I BOOK ONLINE IF MY PICKUP IS ON THE SAME DAY?
No, please call us at 702.675.7775 and we will gladly help you book all same day arrivals.
IS GRATUITY INCLUDED?
A suggested 20% gratuity charge is calculated into the total on your reservation confirmation. The amount constitutes a suggested sum only and is entirely left to the discretion of the customer, is wholly voluntary and can be negotiated or waived at any time.
IS SMOKING ALLOWED INSIDE YOUR VEHICLES?
No.  All of our vehicles are smoke free.  We do not allow our customers or chauffeurs to smoke inside our vehicles.  This ban includes e-cigarettes as well.
WHAT IS YOUR WAIT TIME POLICY?
We allow 15 minutes grace for all pickups. Wait time charges will apply after the expiration of the 15 minute grace period. Overtime pay will apply after the first 15 minutes of prearranged time described on your confirmation sheet.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
All cancellation must be a minimum of 24 hours. Cancellation with less than twenty-four (24) hours notice will be charged the full amount of the limousine charter order. Minimums and cancellation policies are subject to change during special events (for dates please check with our office).
